THE 7TH INNING STRETCH FOR LEADERS

Pause. Reflect. Reconnect. Reset.

Just like in baseball, the middle matters. The 7th inning stretch is short but powerful—a chance to catch your breath, check the scoreboard, and reset your strategy before the final push.

For leaders, summer offers the same opportunity.

If you don't take time to reflect and realign mid-year, you'll drift. This simple tool is your intentional pause—designed to help you lead with health and high impact in the second half of the year.

Why This Guide Matters

Don’t Let the Middle of the Year Pass You By.

The second half of the year is coming fast—and without a pause, you risk finishing the year tired, scattered, or off course.

This free guide helps you reset with four powerful leadership rhythms inspired by baseball’s 7th inning stretch:

  • Pause with Purpose – Step off the field and catch your breath
  • Revisit the Scoreboard – Reflect, realign, and celebrate the wins
  • Reconnect – Reengage with people and priorities that matter most
